How to adjust the plot scale in the Windows App instruments?

In the Windows app, to adjust the y-axis scale: click to select the trace to zoom, then hover the cursor above the plot and scroll up to zoom in and scroll down to zoom out.

To adjust the x-scale: hover the cursor above the plot, hold down Ctrl key, then scroll up to zoom in and scroll down to zoom out.

Click and drag the trace to adjust x-axis and y-axis offset.
